Is indoor exercise as effective as excercising outside?
The latest games console the Nintendo Wii fit allows people to select from currently 48 exercise games across four predominant sections: yoga poses, upper body strength mini games, aerobic exercise, and balancing games. To play such games, the player will stand and sometimes lie on the famous Wii Balance Board device that comes with the game. This board, which looks like a slightly bigger bathroom slate, allows weights of up to 320 pounds or so. It’s powered by 4 batteries so make sure you get a charger as it can be a bit of a pain without it. There are about four pressure sensors within the Nintendo Wii fit board which uncover where your feet are positioned. The sensors also monitor your center of gravity, and reveal your mass.
Games get people to run on the spot or are encouraged to do a variety of aerobic poses. These sorts of games can give useful exercise, but they’re definitely not as effective as a true exercise session at the gym. It is a struggle to say how less healthy they are, but I will say that they are a very good start, but not the greatest type of workouts to utilise. I suppose when you work out on a sensible diet and eat healthily, and drink healthy green tea, it should help significantly to help you lose weight.
